Drugstore Haul

Hey everyone!
Some time has passed since I've bought this stuff but now that I've used everything I can give you a mini review of each product. YAY! *Anchorman Jump* :P I love that movie lol

Let's just JUMP right into it...

Covergirl TruMagic Skin Perfector
This skin perfector mattifies your face and smoothes pores and fine lines. They claim you can use it before and/or after your makeup (and you can) but I prefer to use it before I apply my makeup. When you use it after your makeup application, the sponge and even the product becomes stained with the color of your foundation. I like to keep my things looking clean, so I like to use it before I put on makeup and I love the way it makes my makeup look. Also, it makes my skin feel super silky. I will most likely repurchase this when I run out.

Wet 'N' Wild- 3 Pack (Vanity Palette, Black Eyeliner, and Black MegaLength Mascara)
This was a total steal from Rite Aid! I got it for $2.49! Woohooooo! I had wanted the Vanity palette for THE longest time and even considered paying $15 for it on Ebay so I would have it (I had heard and seen so many great reviews on this palette). The great part was that I found it in a set with an eyeliner and mascara. Of all the things that came in the set, the Vanity palette was definitely worth the hype and I'm so glad I have it in my collection. I actually keep it in my makeup bag in my purse. As for the eyeliner and mascara, they're okay... The eyeliner is pretty good. The mascara is okay but it's definitely on the wet side, which I typically don't go for.

Covergirl TruBlend
I was drawn to this foundation because they had changed the packaging to the similar packaging of the 3-in-1 foundation. The consistency is thin the coverage is light/medium. I actually mix a pump of this with my 3-in-1 Covergirl foundation and I really like it for winter. The 3-in1 foundation was starting to feel a little dry and cakey, but when I added this it felt a lot better. I have worn this foundation by itself but I feel like it's not the best for my combination/oily skin.

L'Oreal Extraordinaire by Color Riche Lip Gloss in 101 Rose Melody and 201 Rose Symphony
I love these lip glosses.  The colors are super pigmented and beautiful. The texture isn't too sticky but is sticky enough to where it will stay on you lips for a decent amount of time.

RevlonHighlighting Palette in Rose Glow
This highlighter looks beautiful in the pan and is nice on the skin but is pretty glittery. When I first used it my face looked like a disco ball, but now it only looks a little glittery. I actually prefer a shimmery/glowy highlight and not a glitter highlight, but this looks pretty when it's used slightly over the top of your blush.

Salon Perfect Lashes in 110 Black
These are some of my favorite lashes. I think they look fairly natural but with a little oomph. I think they would be fine for everyday or even if you wanted to just wear them for a night out for a little more of a dramatic look. Kinda like your lashes but better.

So, that's all I got! I hope you liked my haul and enjoyed my mini reviews of each thing.

Have y'all been shopping lately?
Have you tried any of these products? What do you think?

Tons of New Products at the Drugstore! (Picture Heavy)

Hey guys!
I'm back from vacation in NYC, Washington, D.C., and Annapolis. I loved the time I spent there! It was sooo fun! I'm actually in the process of creating a video of the trip that includes all the pics and video clips I took. Let me know if you'd be interested in seeing that video. :)
Anyways, I went to Walgreens and Walmart the other day and noticed a CRAP ton of new things :D Eeeeee! lol I took a ton of pics with my phone to show you. Sorry they aren't the greatest quality but hey, I worked with what I had. The pics below are all the new things I saw. I actually picked up a few things but was going to save that for my next post- I'll probably do a mini-hual, or something. So, here we go...

New L'Oreal Color Riche Lip glosses. I picked up two in a nude-y shade and a pink. They are very similar to the Maybelline Color Elixirs (shown in the next picture).
New Maybelline Elixir Lip glosses, Cream Blushes, Highlighting Powders,  Single Eyeshadows and Quads.
Maybelline Master Glaze Cream Blush Sticks

Maybelline Baby Skin Foundation Primer

New Rimmel Retro Mania Mascara and Liner, Almay Smart Makeup,  Maybelline "Powderless Powder" (which dosen't quite make sense to me yet) and Rimmel Stay Matte Foundation and Primer.

Almay Smart Makeup. The tubes on the left with the white pumps are CC primers. The white tubes with maroon on the sides of the tubes have "anti-aging" properties in them and the tubes without the maroon teardrops on the sides are just the original smart shade liquid foundations.

New Sally Hansen polishes. Left- Satin Glam (matte polish with shimmers), Right- Sugar Shimmer ("3D decadent finish). Below are the new Covergirl Bombshell Mascara and liners.

New Covergirl Bombshell Mascara, Eyeliner, Eyeshadow and Lipsticks.

Top Row- Cream Illuminators, Middle Rows- Single Powder Blushes, and a Cream Blush, Bottom Row-  Highlighting Powders and Bronzer.
Plus, New Revlon duo ended nail polishes.

Revlon Dazzling Solar Effect double sided nail polishes.

Almay CC Cream and what looks to be a corrector and concealer duo.

These were so cute! Fing'rs Prints. Each nail has a different design and the kit even comes with little charms to stick on your nails too. Each nail kit has it's own theme.

Revlon Line Filler, Dark Spot Concealer Treatment, and Firming & Lifting Liquid Foundation. Also,  new laquer balms and Mix&Match Single shadows.

New Sally Hansen Polishes- Stripers, Neons, Nail Art Pens, and Shiny and Matte Top Coats

Sally Hansen Nail Polishes, Nail Art Pens, and Nail Art Kits (studs, glitter, etc.).

New L'Oreal Polishes. The idea behind this is to start with the kit on the left in the gold box which contains Step 1 and Step 3- the Primer and the Glaze. The Step 2 is a polish of your choice. The color selection in this line is growing fast!

Covergirl Foundations, Concealers, Primers, Cream Bronzers and Gold Highlighters

New "Buffs" Collection from Maybelline. All nude lipsticks in every shade of nude possible.

Revlon Highlighters, Single Blushes, and Cream Blushes.

Spring Colors from Covergirl. Pastel Polishes, and Coral, Pink, and Nude Lips.

Pretty much new everything in the Fergie Collection- lip glosses, colored eyeliners,  new mascara,  BB Cream,  white sheer translucent matte powder, falsies, new eyelid primer (shimmer), and new gel liners in a bright blue and purple
Well, those are just the new things I saw at Walmart and Walgreens. It's a lot, right? lol

Let me know what new things you've seen at the drugstore or what new things you've boughten recently.
